Summer Sonic ‘07 Tokyo & Osaka
The annual Summer Sonic music festival is happening once again on 11th and 12th August in Tokyo and Osaka. This year lineup is one of the most diverse we’ve ever seen. From totally commercial pop groups/bands to the coolest indie bands.

Interpol, Editors, Manic Street Preachers, Kasabian, Arctic Monkeys, Bloc Party, The Fratellis, The Pipettes, Motorhead, Suicidal Tendencies, Gym Class Heroes, Travis, Dinosaur Jr, The Horrors, The Long Blondes, Brett Anderson, Bright Eyes, Pet Shop Boys, Cyndi Lauper, The Polyphonic Spree, DJ Shadow, Cut Chemist, Klaxons, Maximo Park, LCD SoundSystem, ShitDisco, The Young Punx!, UNKLE, Jose Gonzalez.
We were there in 2005, I must say it was the best lineup ever! Bands like Interpol, Teenage fanclub, SlipKnot, Nine Inch Nails, The Subways, The Departure, Echo And The Bunnymen, Ian Brown, The Arcade Fire, Mew, The Tears, Kasabian, Weezer, Oasis, HIM, RAMMSTEIN, Public Enemy, The La’s were all on the 2005 list. We still remember every stage was jammed pack! Shoulders to shoulders, nose to nose, fist to fist! The japanese people are really a bunch of crazy mutherf**kers! Moshing, jumping up and down every chance they had. It was fun! Real fun.
The most memorable moment got to be Ian brown opening song, Stone Roses “I Wanna Be Adored”. Even the japanese knew the words! It didn’t matter Ian brown sang out of tune, it was truely amazing to hear that song live. Classic!
Smell the dope!
We managed to get hold of some stock from Spring07. Thanks to Ben for letting us have the very few limited pieces left from Spring07. Just to let you know is limited pieces only! So ladies, if you want a piece of Hellz Bellz do give us a call to avoid disappointment. The graphics are amazing, how I wish they did some tees for guys! But we heard from a reliable source that the Spring 08 will have a small collection for the guys!
